Contractors do not negotiate insurance claims on DR CLAIMS' behalf and must not act as unlicensed public adjusters. DR CLAIMS does not pay referral fees, commissions, or claim-based compensation to contractors, and does not guarantee any claim outcome. Homeowners remain free to choose their own contractor and representation.
